Refund Policy:

For students who are not satisfied with our course, we offer a full money-back guarantee refund for the first 30 days, provided they have not completed more than 70% of the full course. The refund will be granted upon a written request that clearly states the reason for dissatisfaction.

Each course comprises at least two classes that are designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and skills to our students. If a student completes both classes, they will be eligible to take the final exam and earn certification. However, upon taking the final exam, the student will no longer be eligible for any refund, regardless of their performance in the exam.

We take our refund policy seriously and will carefully review each refund request on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds granted will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request.
